This page clearly sets out the terms and conditions, account policies, and player responsibilities that apply when using the z63 platform.

These terms apply from the moment you use any service on the z63 platform, including registering an account, making a deposit, playing, or withdrawing funds. By reading this page and accessing z63 to play, the player is considered to have fully accepted this agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using our services.

1General Declaration

1.1 Platform Definition

z63 is an online casino platform built for Myanmar players, offering a variety of games including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, dragon tiger, Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D lottery, poker, crash games, and football betting. Any person who accesses, uses, or downloads the platform by any means is considered to have fully agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.

1.2 Changes to the Agreement

z63 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you accept the revised terms.

2Account Registration and Status

2.1 Age Restriction

The z63 platform is open only to adults aged 21 and above. No one under 21 may register an account. Registering with a false age and playing on the platform can lead to serious consequences — the account will be closed immediately and any balance held in that account may be frozen.

2.2 One Account Per Person Policy

Each person may open only one account at z63. Opening more than one account to claim bonuses or to work around our policies ("Multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If z63 finds evidence or reasonable grounds to suspect this, it reserves the right to close the accounts involved and void any bonuses and winnings accumulated across those accounts.

2.3 Accuracy of Personal Information

The details you provide when registering — name, phone number, and payment method — must be your own real information. If z63 finds that an account was opened with incorrect or someone else's details, it reserves the right to close that account.

3Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Set Amounts

Minimum deposit amount — 20,000 Ks (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay — any method). Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal processing time — 15 minutes to 2 hours.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Wave Money — Wave Money service
  • AYA Pay — AYA Bank Digital Wallet
  • CB Pay — CB Bank Mobile Payment

Deposits and withdrawals can only be made through one of the methods listed above. Players are not allowed to deposit using an account that is not in their own name. If this occurs, z63 reserves the right to decline the refund.

3.3 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after verification by the z63 support team. However, withdrawals can only be requested after the wagering requirements related to any bonus have been fully met.

4Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

z63 offers a 200% welcome bonus — up to 300,000 Ks for players making their first deposit. To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete wagering of 25x the bonus amount.

Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks → Receive bonus 40,000 Ks → Balance 60,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 40,000 × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.

Example 2: Deposit 320,000 Ks → Receive bonus 300,000 Ks → Balance 620,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 300,000 × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.

4.2 Bonus Wagering Restrictions

  • When playing with a bonus, z63 may exclude or only partially count certain games that are not suitable for wagering (for example, low-stake Baccarat tables) toward the wagering requirement.
  • If you attempt to withdraw before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided. Only the original deposited amount will be eligible for withdrawal.
  • The bonus will remain valid only if the wagering requirement is completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

4.3 Referral Bonus

When someone you invited with your referral code makes their first deposit, you will receive a bonus of 8% of that deposit amount, up to a maximum of 30,000 Ks per referral. You will also earn a weekly commission of 0.2% from your referred players' valid bets.

5VIP Program and Cashback

z63's 5-tier VIP program recognizes players based on their play volume and loyalty. As you move up tiers, your weekly cashback rate increases.

  • Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
  • Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
  • Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
  • Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
  • Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Cashback will be credited as bonus funds and may carry separate wagering conditions. VIP tier decisions are at z63's sole discretion and may be updated at any time without prior notice.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the z63 platform. If a violation is found, the account may be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be refused for withdrawal.

  • Opening more than one account for bonuses (Multi-accounting)
  • Arbitrage Betting — attempting to claim bonuses in a way that eliminates any possibility of loss
  • Collusion — coordinating with others as a group to gain unfair advantage
  • Playing using a bot or automation software
  • Attempting a chargeback or fraudulently claiming a refund
  • Threatening or abusing staff or other players

7Account Actions

7.1 Account Self-Exclusion

A player may notify z63 to self-exclude their account. During the self-exclusion period, the account cannot be accessed or used to play.

7.2 Temporary Account Self-Exclusion

A player may request a self-exclusion period of 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year for personal protection or responsible gambling purposes. Contact [email protected] for assistance.

7.3 z63's Right to Close Accounts

z63 reserves the right to self-exclude or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • When a breach of these terms and conditions is found
  • When there is suspicion of fraud or financial misconduct
  • When it is necessary to protect staff or handle complaints
  • When required to comply with legal or regulatory provisions

8Protection and Support Policies

8.1 SSL Security

z63 protects players' personal information and financial data using SSL encryption. Data will not be sold to or shared with third parties in any unauthorized manner.

8.2 Fair Play

z63's games operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that guarantees secure and fair outcomes. The result of every game is determined by a naturally random process, independent of religion, player preference, or any predetermined decisions.

9Limitation of Liability

z63 is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the following situations:

  • Losses caused by a second, unauthorized player accessing the account against the account holder's own declaration
  • Issues caused by a player's poor internet connection

  • Third-party software defects or technical incidents
